By accessing and using the ReJews website (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Non-Profit Status
ReJews is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting renewable energy and sustainability. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
3. Eligibility Services
The ReJews website provides tools to help people learn about estimate potential savings and eligibility for solar programs. These estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guaranteed offer of service or support. Final eligibility is determined by installation partners based on a full review of a property and its utility usage.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReJews and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ReJews, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
